What makes these courses different?
Most event planning courses focus on theory. We focus on building actual portfolio pieces. Each assignment mimics real client briefs, complete with budgets, timelines, and specific requirements.
You'll create mood boards, vendor lists, budget breakdowns, and timeline documents that look professional enough to show prospective clients. Several of our students have landed their first paid gigs using work from these courses.
The feedback comes from working event planners who've coordinated everything from corporate conferences to destination weddings. They know what clients expect to see.

How the learning process works
Each course is structured around real event scenarios. You'll receive a client brief with specific requirements, just like in actual practice. Your job is to create the planning documents and materials needed to execute that event.
- Review the client brief and identify key requirements and constraints
- Research vendors, venues, and resources appropriate for the budget
- Create detailed planning documents including timelines and checklists
- Submit your work for detailed feedback from industry professionals
- Revise based on feedback and add polished pieces to your portfolio
The assignments get progressively more complex. Early projects might focus on a simple birthday party, while later ones tackle multi-day conferences with international attendees.
